Sheryl Crow shows off her super-toned figure

She just turned 50 this month, but Sheryl Crow has a figure that could rival women half her age.

The rocker, who recently celebrated the milestone on February 11, was seen grinning from ear-to-ear as she showed off her super toned figure in a patterned bikini on the beaches of Hawaii yesterday.

The All I Want To Do hitmaker took to the water with her adorable adopted sons Levi and Wyatt.

The jolly trio certainly seemed to be lapping up the warm weather during a break on the tropical paradise.

The Leaving Las Vegas singer displayed zero body fat and looked incredibly fit in the one-shoulder bikini on the beach.

Sheryl was 44 when she discovered she had cancer and, in 2011, she co-wrote If It Makes You Healthy with her personal chef Chuck White.

The cookbook featured recipes rich in anti-cancer superfoods and ingredients known to promote longevity like walnuts, pomegranate juice, blueberries, and broccoli.

Yesterday the energetic mother-of-two had been splashing around in the sea in a canoe with her sons.

But she was still not taking any chances, and all three were wearing their safety jackets.

It was the ideal weather for a day on the beach thanks to the glorious sunshine and warm temperatures.

Yesterday, however, she refused to let the wet weather ruin their time together as they were caught out by the rain on the beach in Maui.

Levi giggled with delight as he and his famous mother sat on sunloungers on the sand.

Later in the day, Sheryl, who covered up in a denim kaftan-style top, was seen cradling her son close to her chest as the pair walked down the beach.

Sheryl has been somewhat out of the spotlight since last Summer, when she released her most recent record 100 Miles From Memphis.

But it seems Sheryl, who is also mother to four-year-old Wyatt, has been concentrating entirely on her children.

Talking recently about her family and her decision to adopt, Sheryl said: 'I’ve always had maternal instincts. And there are so many different ways you can go about that.

'My sons didn’t have to be from me. They didn’t have to look like me. I just wanted children to love.'

The breast cancer survivor also spoke about how coming through such an illness affected her perspective on life.

She explained: 'I expect my kids to toe the line in terms of manners. But with other things - maybe it’s because of what I’ve been through - I’m not so flappable anymore.'
